Heating Element Factory Uses Semi-Automatic Spot & Insert Welder for Consistent Weld Quality

Our factory  Shanghai OUPASI has long adopted a semi-automatic spot & insert welding machine for welding resistance wires to metal terminal inserts in electric heating tube production. Compared with fully manual welding, this equipment has proven reliable in maintaining production efficiency and weld consistency.

This semi-automatic spot welding system works as follows: after the operator completes simple loading, the machine automatically handles positioning, pressing, and welding, effectively reducing cold welds and operator-induced variation. It has been running stably on our production lines for heating tubes, heating discs, and electric heating elements.
