Product Overview

The Immersion Water Heater (also known as submersible electric heating tube or tubular electric heater) is a heating device that immerses the electric heating element directly into the liquid medium for efficient heat transfer. It is widely used in water tanks, boilers, storage vessels, chemical reactors, and other industrial applications for heating water, oil, acidic/alkaline solutions, and various liquid media.

  • Heating Core: High-temperature resistance alloy wire as the heating element, filled with high-purity MgO powder for insulation and thermal conductivity, compacted through a compression process

  • Sheath Tube: Metal protective tube (stainless steel, copper, titanium, Incoloy, etc.) – corrosion-resistant and high-temperature tolerant

  • Connection Types:

    • Flange connection – DN80 to DN200 (custom sizes available)

    • Thread connection – G, NPT, BSPP 1"–2" (male/female)

    • Waterproof rubber head – for direct tank submersion (portable/cord-type)

 Important Operating Notes

  • The heating zone must be fully submerged in liquid at all times – DO NOT operate dry

  • Operating voltage must not exceed 1.1× the rated voltage

  • Proper grounding is required for safe operation

  • Regularly remove scale/carbon deposits from the tube surface (especially in hard water applications)
