Q: What materials are used in your heating elements?

A: We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality materials for our electric heating elements, each carefully selected to meet specific operational requirements and environmental conditions. Our material options include:

Stainless Steel (304/316 Series)

Our stainless steel heating elements offer excellent cost-performance balance for general industrial applications. The 304 grade provides good basic corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for temperatures up to 600°C, while 316 stainless steel, with its added molybdenum content, delivers enhanced corrosion protection - particularly against chlorides and acidic environments. These materials are ideal for water heating, food processing equipment, and general industrial heating applications where moderate temperatures and clean environments are present.

Incoloy Alloys (800/840 Series)

For extreme operating conditions, our Incoloy alloy elements provide unmatched performance. Incoloy 800 maintains excellent strength and oxidation resistance up to 1000°C, while Incoloy 840 offers even higher temperature capability with superior resistance to carburization and sulfidation. These nickel-chromium alloys are particularly valuable in petrochemical processing, heat treatment furnaces, and other high-temperature industrial applications where both heat resistance and corrosion protection are critical.

Nickel-Plated Copper

When rapid heat transfer and precise temperature control are required, our nickel-plated copper elements deliver superior performance. The copper core provides exceptional thermal conductivity, while the nickel plating offers corrosion protection and improved surface durability. These elements are particularly effective in mold heating, plastic processing equipment, and other applications requiring fast response times and even heat distribution.

Each material option undergoes rigorous quality control and is available in various configurations to meet specific application needs. O
